1. When does the promotion period end for 1 bedroom 1.19m.
2. I believe you really mean the STUDIO in Bld A, Yes?
3. What is the square meters of this 1 bedroom
4. What is the estimated cost for Electric and Water installation
5. Est cost for transfer fees and taxes studio or 37 sqm
6. How much is a studio in bld A on floor 1, 2, or 3 facing the pool
7. And is 36 months interest fee still available
8. My preference is a 37sqm, bld A, not above floor 3 or 4, facing pool? What is the cost for this unit

I cannot purchase till middle of July this year. I need to go back to USA for daughters wedding. Will promotion still be available then?

Hi I'd like to know what units are still available for international buyers. Are any of the buildings sold out? Is there a requirement for 51% of the owners to be Thai nationals; if so has this figure been reached?
